CREATIVE DIRECTOR for ANIMATION & CONTENT in HAPPY LITTLE PLANET educational app bundle
Happy Little Planet was a preschool-focused educational app ecosystem designed to introduce young children to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals in a playful and age-appropriate way. Our mission was to help cultivate a generation that grows up environmentally conscious, empathetic, and kind—toward the planet and toward one another.
Within the project, I worked as the Creative Lead for Animation & Content, overseeing animation direction, illustration, story development, game content design and social media content. I collaborated closely with Adrienn Lőrincz, my creative partner in most of the artistic and conceptual decisions. Together, with our third co-founder, Mária Lelkes we built an engaging universe of mini-games and stories that launched successfully on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
Although we ultimately chose to close the company due to the lack of further investment, the project remains a meaningful milestone—both artistically and in its commitment to positive social impact.

HAPPY MOVES
The Games
CLEAN HANDS
Aligned with SDG 3: Good Health & Well-being, Happy Moves helps children understand how physical activity supports emotional and mental wellness. Through fun, animal-inspired exercises, kids can follow guided movements, experiment by creating their own movement sequences, and even control the accompanying music. The game encourages active play while building awareness of the mind–body connection.
Guided by Sigmund, children explore home and school environments to learn about the importance of saving energy and water, in line with SDG 12: Responsible Consumption & Production. From the garage to the rooftop, players embark on an engaging search to identify and switch off unused resources, turning conservation into a fun, interactive mission.
In Time Machine, kids team up with Frankie and his extraordinary time-traveling truck on a mission to clean up the streets, supporting SDG 6: Clean Water & Sanitation. Players sort plastic, glass, organic, and aluminum waste while discovering an essential environmental insight—how long different types of waste remain in our environment.
In Plant a Tree, children join Mimi to explore the essential role trees and plants play in our ecosystem, supporting SDG 15: Life on Land. By planting seeds and saplings, players learn how plants provide vital resources—food, shelter, shade, and clean air—for humans and animals alike. The game turns planting into an adventure of discovery, helping children understand why every new sapling matters for the future of our planet.
In Clean Hands, Ambie and his friends teach children the essentials of proper hand hygiene, supporting SDG 6: Clean Water & Sanitation. Players learn not only how to wash their hands effectively, but also why good hygiene is vital for overall health. With the help of a magical magnifying glass, children can inspect their virtual hand-washing technique, turning hygiene education into an interactive and engaging experience.
Audiobooks
We developed five major games, each inspired by specific sustainability goals, as well as four mini-games designed to help children become familiar with our characters and their world. To complement the gameplay experience, we also released six illustrated audiobooks that provided parents with accessible, conversation-starting insights—helping them guide their children in understanding the themes and messages presented in the games.

LAGAALLO Website illustration elements
Lagaallo is a creative collaboration with Marcell László, dedicated to bringing children closer to the world, and to their own emotions, through beautifully crafted stories and audiobooks. Our projects aim to expand children’s horizons with gentle wisdom, imagination, and kindness. At the heart of Lagaallo is our mascot: a child who builds their own joyful, safe world with the help of our stories. This character represents every young listener who steps into the universe we create.
We chose a classic, watercolor-inspired visual style to evoke nostalgia, warmth, and the timeless charm of traditional storytelling—while keeping the experience modern, friendly, and accessible. Our website is designed to feel like a cozy, playful space where both children and adults can slow down, explore, and feel at home.
Alongside our stories, we also offer a small merch collection, bringing the world of Lagaallo to life in tangible ways.
The secret lives of the Pine Cones
short shorts
The Secret Lives of the Pine Cones is a personal passion project I’ve been developing between commissions, and it continues to bring me tremendous joy. The series consists of very short, gag-driven animated films that focus on humor, warmth, and small emotional moments. Because each episode is concise, the storytelling remains light and immediate, without requiring elaborate backstories or world building.
At the center of the project is a vibrant forest colony of pine cones - deeply connected to one another and to Mother Nature. They have their own traditions, quirks, fears, and a playful sense of mischief. Though they often tease and challenge each other with wild jokes, when danger approaches they are fiercely loyal, united, and protective.
