InnerUs

InnerUs is the concept of a short film and self monitoring mental health app. It revolves around a visual representation distinguishing between the part of a person that aligns with social norms and the part driven by their own instincts and gut feelings.  The focus of this examination lies in analyzing the human soul, exploring the intricacies of its reactions and delving into the diverse and profound origins of its motivations and intentions. The objective is to scrutinize the interplay among personal emotions, familial dynamics, and societal influences: pinpointing the threshold where free will initiates and determining the extent to which our actions truly belong to us.

What are the inherited belief systems from our upbringing that support and impede our growth and progress?

InnerUs mood tracker app

The InnerUs mobile app draws inspiration from the visual principles of the shortfilm concept, utilizing cognitive behavioural therapy techniques. In collaboration with a therapist, we’ve created an MVP for testing. (2013)

On Water

On Water is a short film about the downfall of a relationship which is built on mistrust, jealousy, fear and the constant self defense that stems from these emotions. The two protagonists are so lost in the labyrinth of their feelings that they can’t even hear each other’s words. The love that they had for each other is consumed by their fears only to give space for misunderstandings.

Male Fashionbook for Young Adults is a conceptual fashion magazine that reimagines second-hand clothing as a refined and resourceful foundation for cultivating a modern, expressive personal style.

For 30 days, I documented my friend Chrystian—who exclusively curates his wardrobe from pre-loved pieces—in a daily photo series. The resulting images became the backbone of the magazine, which was then launched in style with a tongue-in-cheek fake launch party in Viborg, Denmark.

We staged a second-hand fashion show featuring friends as models, handed out the magazine like it was the next cult style bible, and turned the evening into a full-on celebration—with live music, a fortune teller, henna tattoos, and plenty of DIY flair. It was equal parts satire and sincere homage to conscious fashion—and yes, it was fantastic.
